Future Leaders in AI ("we," "us") is an independent publication and workshop platform. We keep data collection to a minimum. This page explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

  • Contact form. When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, topic, and message you submit — only so we can reply.
  • Basic analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics to understand aggregate traffic (e.g., page views, country, referrer). This does not identify you individually.
  • Server logs. Like all websites, our host records standard request data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and reliability.

How your message is handled

Contact-form submissions are delivered to us through a third-party form-processing service (FormSubmit) and routed to our inbox via Cloudflare Email Routing. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. These providers process your submission only to transmit it to us.

How we use it

We use the information you send solely to respond to you, schedule workshops you request, or follow up on a story you submit. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us at any time. Depending on where you live (e.g., the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights under the GDPR or CCPA. To make a request, email us at [email protected].

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
